
Wave 1 is the perfect entry point into freediving. Designed for beginners, this course introduces you to the Molchanovs Movement — a global training system developed by world champions. You’ll build confidence in breath-hold diving, safety, and relaxation across both pool and open water environments.
✅ Prerequisites & Requirements
To enroll, you’ll need:
- Minimum age 18 (16–17 with parental consent)
- Ability to swim 200m non-stop without fins, or 300m with mask, fins, and snorkel
- Comfort in open water environments
To certify, you’ll need to complete:
- Static Apnea (STA): 1:30 min
- Dynamic Bi-Fins (DYNB): 30m
- Constant Weight Bi-Fins (CWTB): 12–16m
- Theory exam (online or in-person) with a passing score
