🌊 Molchanovs Wave 1 (W1) Freediving Course
Dahab Apnea – Discover Freediving with the Molchanovs System

Wave 1 is the perfect entry point into the world of freediving. Designed for beginners, this course introduces you to the Molchanovs Movement—a global freediving community and training system developed by world champions. You’ll learn the foundations of breath-hold diving, safety, and relaxation, while building confidence in both pool and open water environments.

✅ Prerequisites
– Minimum age: 18 years (16–17 with parental consent)
– Ability to swim 200m non-stop without fins or 300m with mask, fins, and snorkel
– Comfort in open water environments

📋 Course Requirements
– Static Apnea (STA): 1:30 minutes
– Dynamic Bi-Fins (DYNB): 30 meters
– Constant Weight Bi-Fins (CWTB): 12–16 meters
– Minimum Water Sessions: 5
– Theory Exam: Online or in-person, passing score required

With Dahab’s pristine conditions and expert instruction, you’ll gain the tools to dive up to 30 meters with control and ease.

– Certified Molchanovs Wave 1 (or equivalent)
– Comfortable with basic equalization and buddy procedures
– Able to perform:
– Static apnea of at least 2:30 minutes
– Dynamic Bi-Fins (DYNB): 50 meters
– Dynamic No Fins (DNF): 35 meters

This intermediate-level course is crafted for certified freedivers who want to deepen their skills, refine technique, and explore greater depths with confidence and safety. AIDA 3 bridges the gap between recreational freediving and serious depth progression.

– Minimum age: 18 years
– Certified AIDA 2 (or equivalent from other recognized agency)
– Comfortable with basic freediving techniques and safety procedures
– Able to perform:
– Static apnea of at least 2:45 minutes
– Dynamic apnea (DYNB) of 55 meters
– Constant weight dive (CWTB) to 24 meters
