
AIDA 4 is the final step in the recreational freediving journey before instructor-level training. Designed for experienced freedivers who are ready to push their limits with precision, safety, and control, this advanced course focuses on deep-water adaptation, advanced techniques, and rescue mastery.
✅ Prerequisites & Requirements
To enroll, you’ll need:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Certified AIDA 3 (or equivalent from a recognized agency)
- Comfortable with deep diving, advanced equalization, and rescue procedures
To certify, you’ll need to complete:
- Static Apnea (STA): 3:30 minutes
- Dynamic Bi-Fins (DYNB): 70 meters
- Constant Weight Bi-Fins (CWTB): 32 meters
- Theory Exam: Minimum passing score of 75%
