AIDA 3 is the natural next step after AIDA 2. This intermediate-level course is crafted for certified freedivers who want to deepen their skills, refine technique, and explore greater depths with confidence and safety. AIDA 3 bridges the gap between recreational freediving and serious depth progression.


✅ Prerequisites & Requirements

To enroll, you’ll need:

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Certified AIDA 2 (or equivalent from another recognized agency)
  • Comfortable with basic freediving techniques and safety procedures

To certify, you’ll need to complete:

  • Static Apnea (STA): 2:45 minutes
  • Dynamic Bi-Fins (DYNB): 55 meters
  • Constant Weight Bi-Fins (CWTB): 24 meters
  • Theory Exam: Minimum passing score of 75%

📋 Course Overview

  • 6 minimum water sessions (2 confined water + 4 open water)
  • Max depth: up to 30m, based on student performance and safety
  • Includes full freediving equipment and AIDA 3 certification
