Registration steps:
1. Create an individual account on https://portal.cmas.org/ and register for the event.

2. Send an email to dahabapnea@gmail.com including the following information:
– Full name
– Gender
– Country
– Phone number (for WhatsApp Group chat)
– Copy of passport, valid diving insurance (e.g., DAN or equivalent), and freediving certificate attached to the email
A blank form of the ORIGINAL CMAS medical statement will be shared to the WhatsApp Chat and has to be handed out to the organizer (filled and signed by a doctor) at the registration meeting.
3. Payment of competition fees:
– Cash (Euro) or the equivalent in USD (daily from 4-5 pm at Dahab Apnea, Marine Garden Camp, Lighthouse, Dahab)

4. Confirmation:
Your participation is only confirmed once you have completed ALL steps, including payment of competition/CMAS fees. Registration will be closed on 25th April 2025 (or earlier if the competition is full).
Cancellation policy: Full refund until 15th April 2025. In case of cancellation after this date, full payment will be charged.
Competition Set Up:
– Freediving counter ballast system
– 3 safety divers on the competition line and 1 on each warm-up line
– Lanyard mandatory on every dive (including warm-up dives)
– Oxygen kit available on site in case of emergency
– Oxygen available for dives deeper than 70m (50m or deeper for CNF)
Competition Rules:
– CMAS Freediving International Rules Depth will be applied
(Please check the competition rules before the competition)
– Depth announcement max. 5 m deeper than previous PB (within the last 3 months)
– no CNF belts allowed for CWT/CWTB/FIM
Points:
CWT/CWTBF/FIM: 1 point/meter
CNF: 1.25 points/meter
