This foundational course is designed for beginners ready to explore the underwater world through breath-hold diving. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, adventure, or a pathway to advanced freediving, AIDA 2 offers the perfect start.
 
 
✅ Prerequisites
– Minimum age: 18 years (16–17 with parental consent)  
– Swimming ability:  
  – 200m non-stop without fins or  
  – 300m non-stop with mask, fins, and snorkel  
 
 
📋 Course Requirements
– Static Apnea (STA): 2 minutes  
– Dynamic Bi-Fins (DYNB): 40 meters  
– Constant Weight Bi-Fins (CWTB): 12 meters  
– Theory Exam: Minimum passing score of 75%  
– Minimum Water Sessions: 5
