✅ Prerequisites
– Minimum age: 18 years (16–17 with parental consent)
– Swimming ability:
– 200m non-stop without fins or
– 300m non-stop with mask, fins, and snorkel

– Static Apnea (STA): 2 minutes
– Dynamic Bi-Fins (DYNB): 40 meters
– Constant Weight Bi-Fins (CWTB): 12 meters
– Theory Exam: Minimum passing score of 75%
– Minimum Water Sessions: 5
